There are two ways in which participation in the weekly Faith Forum has changed my outlook.

The first way is by reading the various perspectives from other religious leaders and community representatives. Their responses have informed my understanding of the diverse religious values, teachings and practices in the Reno area. I have also recognized and collaborated with others who have tenets similar to those of the Catholic Church.

The second way is through the weekly reflection and research that goes into responding to each question. That process of learning has helped me deepen my own appreciation for and understanding of the Catholic experience. It is always challenging to summarize my response within the word limit, yet that restriction also compels me to be succinct and clear in articulating an intelligible, faithful and reasonable answer. Thus, I have come to greater clarity myself by responding each week. (Associated since February 2022.)
